A classic Thai red curry cooked in coconut milk with chilli, sweet bell peppers, galangal, garlic, lemongrass and Kaffir lime leaf. For an extra special treat, try the melt-in-your-mouth rump steak version. Portion size is 350g which is enough for one person.
Reheat in the bag: Submerge the bag (unpierced) in a pot of gently simmering water for 15 minutes until the contents of the bag are piping hot.
Microwave (800W): Pierce the bag to allow steam to vent and cook for 2 mins 30 secs. Ensure the contents of the bag are piping hot. When taking the bags out of the microwave be sure to wear oven gloves and beware of the hot steam.
